In 2022 I had the honour of inviting Manjari to attend a women’s gathering. Little did I know of her devotion and talent for creating beautiful mandalas. It was a delight to be involved with the creation and the creative process of 3 spectacular mandalas within a circle of trees. Each of the mandalas were so mesmerising and exquisitely beautiful. Our women’s group is gathering again in January 2025, and it will be a highlight to create another mandala with Manjari.

Manjari meticulously and prayerfully built a magnificent Earth Altar for our photoshoot. I felt it as a blessing to the land I was living on, to the friends who congregated, to the Hieros Gamos Alchemy within all of us and for the perfumes that had just been created for my business with the same name. Most especially I felt the Mandala as a prayer for the Earth. It was a work of devotion that took several hours of precision and love.

Over the years, Manjari’s creative gifts have held a central space in events and gatherings hosted at our Sanctuary home and also in music venues. In her own unique way and with very few words exchanged, Manjari attunes to the energy of a gathering and designs mandalas that always reflect the intention for an event, like magic- literally. These floral and botanical designs anchor in a sense of sacred and become a place where people gather to bask in the beauty of creativity and intention.
